Installation
Purchase the installation from us with experience, and we will guide you every step of the way. An account will be created, the robot and the antenna mounted on the robot will be activated, and a digital design of your mowing area will be created and made available to you in the app. We will also review how the app works, and both an instructional video and our own manual with tips and tricks will be included. We offer a 2-year warranty on installations performed by us – something we are quite unique in the industry for!
We can also arrange for planned changes.
Our completed installation then belongs to you, and you can directly in the app remove areas or obstacles, divide mowing areas, and save old obstacles in separate maps.
If you want to install your Kress yourself and are a bit tech-savvy, you are welcome to rent the Kress RTK Installation Tool for a small fee, including a brief overview of its use and a manual. However, just like with other brands installed independently, you are then responsible for a satisfactory installation result.
Service Agreement - VIP Winter Storage
Sign a service agreement with us, and we'll take care of most things!
For warranties to be valid, annual service must be performed according to instructions. We are happy to share documents with instructions upon request.
Our VIP customers are of course prioritized during the season for changes or other support.
Antennas or Reference Stations
However you look at it, it's crystal clear that Kress has an unbeatable future-proof system that is daily expanded with more antennas, new functions, smarter software, and exciting possibilities for the future. Kress's own antennas are now being rapidly deployed across Europe, and Sweden is one of the priority countries. The advantage of these more powerful receiver antennas is that you as a customer don't have to worry about one or more antennas that need to be mounted on the roof or, at best, in the garden. With the help of the Kress RTKn network, it navigates your lawn with centimeter precision. No boundary wire or fixed reference antenna needs to be installed in the lawn, and absolutely no cables are needed, as some competitors require when it gets too difficult! The Kress RTK series uses sensors to measure how far and in which direction it has moved from a starting point. This ensures accuracy even when lines of sight to satellites are blocked by trees and buildings, and allows it to work where no other RTK robots can – Kress handles it without a problem.
Each antenna in our exclusive network covers an unlimited number of lawns within an area with a radius of up to 60 km.
Mowing patterns Systematic coverage in parallel lines for maximum mowing efficiency. Add more mowing directions for checkerboard or diamond patterns. With Kress, you can even set how much it should overlap each straight pass, from 2-7 cm. NEW FEATURE COMING SOON! Mow your club logo or company logo!
Charging contacts Charging contact on the side of the robotic mower for easy starting and clean mowing up to the charging station. Most competitors have the charging contacts at the front, which makes them more exposed to grass clippings and similar debris that can block or affect the contact surface's ability to connect to the charging station. The charging plate is perforated so grass grows through, and the charging tower can be easily unclipped from the charging plate, which facilitates winter storage and spring startup as the plate is left behind. RBS technology also recharges the battery during braking.
Theft protection Kress GeoTrace module* can be tracked if it moves outside the virtual geofence. Owners are notified on their smartphone.
Very large lawns can be mowed using two or more Kress Mission robotic mowers, which then work in perfect harmony with each other. Managing the fleet is easy with the Kress app. 
Automatic schedule It is not enough to manually program the robotic mower while the grass growth rate constantly changes during the mowing season. The influencing factors are temperature, sunlight, water supply, nutrients, soil composition, and grass species. Cloud services combine relevant data and create a special work schedule that is sent to each individual Kress Mission daily.
