Distribution also improved, eventually covering more than 60 countries through a network of specialized dealers. Recent years have been groundbreaking for Kress. In 2017, the brand joined the international giant Positec Group. The new capital and improved R&D capabilities meant that Kress went all-in to develop handheld outdoor machines. The revolutionary tools were a huge success with everyone from commercial park and garden workers to private individuals seeking high-quality products. 2023 marks the latest major milestone in the brand's almost 100-year history. That's when Kress launched the next generation of battery systems.
