Kress has been around for almost a full century. During that period, we have never manufactured a single internal combustion engine. Something we also never will. In 2017, the brand joined the international giant Positec Group. The new capital and improved R&D capabilities meant that Kress went all-in to develop handheld outdoor power equipment. The revolutionary tools were a success with everyone from commercial park and garden workers to private individuals seeking high-quality products. The year 2023 marks the latest major milestone in the brand's almost 100-year history. That's when Kress launched the next generation of battery systems.
