Facts
The machine has a robust and very well-proven construction. Great care has been taken in the selection of materials and components, giving the model the performance required to split all types of wood up to 500 mm. Maximum safety and user-friendliness are guaranteed as all machines are manufactured and developed in Sweden.

Construction
The electric motor and hydraulic pump are well-protected and low-mounted on the stand. The stand is equipped with easy-rolling solid rubber wheels, making the machine easy to move. The frame consists of a sturdy RHS beam, which also serves as an oil tank. The loading table where the log is placed is made of 8 mm bent sheet metal. The blade is made of steel and can also be fitted with a reversible 4-way blade, increasing the splitter's capacity.

Operation
The splitter is operated with two sturdy, ergonomically positioned levers. Both levers must be engaged for the piston to move forward. As soon as the operator releases one of the levers, the piston stops. If both levers are released, the piston quickly returns to its starting position. The splitting force reaches a full 7 tons at 210 bar pressure.

Delivery
The machine is delivered test-run and ready for use. Motor protection with phase inverter, as well as wheels and a collection table after the blade, are included.

Collection table
Reinforced collection table with 4 attachment points is standard on the ELH-500.

4-way blade (optional)
Increases efficiency and can be set in two height positions by flipping the blade.

Phase inverter
Motor protection with built-in phase inverter is standard on the ELH-500.

Controls
The splitter is operated with sturdy levers with good ergonomics.

Push plate
The push plate runs on top of a sturdy loading table made of 8 mm bent sheet metal.
