For home delivery, down payment is required upon order and final payment when transport is booked, before the item is shipped from us. The machine is only test-started and several details (such as handlebars, wheels, cargo racks) require some assembly by the customer. A full safety check should always be performed before the first ride. Normal delivery time is 14-21 days, but longer delivery times may occur during high season.
