Moped Class 2 EU25 No Driving Licence Required EU Moped

EU moped class 2 may have a maximum of 1 hp and a top speed of 25 km/h. It can be driven from the age of 15 with a slightly simpler driving license training. Drivers who turned 15 before October 1, 2009, may drive even without such a certificate.
